Responsibility split
Who does what
This is the table worth reading twice. It is the practical difference between White Label and Turnkey.

|---|---|---|
| Gaming licence | — | ✓ |
| Brand, design direction | ✓ | ✓ (we implement) |
| Platform development & maintenance | — | ✓ |
| Game content & provider contracts | — | ✓ |

| Customer service to players | ✓ | ✓ (tools and optional outsourcing) |
| Bonus & campaign strategy | ✓ | ✓ (engine and advisory) |

Scroll the table sideways to see both columns.
Responsibilities can be shifted in either direction. The table above is the standard arrangement, not a fixed contract.

Revenue share
No platform licence fee and no development cost. We take an agreed share of net gaming revenue, so our incentive is the same as yours. Rates depend on volume, vertical mix and market. Discussed on the first call.
FAQ
White Label questions
Can I move to Turnkey later?
Yes. Many operators start on White Label and migrate once they hold their own licence. We plan the migration path in advance so the move doesn't cost you your player base.
How much can I customise the design?
You choose from a set of themes and we apply your brand identity across them. For structural layout changes and bespoke UI, Turnkey is the better fit.
Can I add my own payment channel?
Yes, subject to technical and compliance review.
Whose name is on the site?
Yours. The Tech Drive licence is disclosed in the footer, as required, but the brand is entirely your own.
