Delivery

Typical delivery: 1–3 months

Six stages, each with a defined output you sign off before the next begins.

  1. 01 — DISCOVERY

    Requirements workshop covering verticals, markets, payment architecture, agent model, reporting and integrations.

  2. 02 — SPECIFICATION

    Scope, customisation list, milestones and acceptance criteria documented and signed.

  3. 03 — BUILD

    Platform configured and custom modules developed. You review progress in a staging environment throughout.

  4. 04 — INTEGRATION

    Payment channels, game providers, third-party tools and your existing systems connected and tested end to end.

  5. 05 — MIGRATION & TRAINING

    Data migrated if you're moving from another platform. Your team is trained on the back office.

  6. 06 — LAUNCH & AFTERCARE

    Monitored go-live, followed by a dedicated support and optimisation period.

Commercial model

Setup fee plus ongoing

A one-time setup and development fee covering delivery and customisation, then a monthly fee or revenue share for maintenance, hosting, support and platform updates. Structure is negotiable — some clients prefer a higher setup and lower ongoing, others the reverse.

Do I need my licence before we start?

No. We can build in parallel with your application. Launch, however, waits for the licence.

Can you help with the licence application?

We can introduce you to specialists who handle applications. We don't provide legal or licensing advice ourselves.

Can I host it myself?

Yes. Deployment to your own cloud account or data centre is supported, though we recommend our infrastructure for the protection and routing layer.

What happens if we part ways?

You keep everything — data, brand, domains. Exit terms and data handover are written into the contract from the start.
