Responsible gaming

Responsible Gaming

Tech Drive is a technology provider and does not accept players. We do, however, build the tools operators need to protect them, and we require every brand on our licence to use them.

Tools we provide

Built into every brand on the platform

Under the Tech Drive licence, the mandatory subset is enabled by default and cannot be switched off by the operator.

  • Deposit, loss and wager limits, set by the player
  • Session time limits and reality-check reminders
  • Cooling-off periods
  • Self-exclusion, temporary and permanent
  • Account closure on request
  • Age verification at registration
  • Links to support organisations, displayed in the player's language

Our requirements

What we require of licensees

Brands operating under the Tech Drive licence must enable age verification, self-exclusion and deposit limits, must display responsible gaming information in every supported language, and must not market to minors or to self-excluded players.

Failure to maintain these controls is a breach of the operating agreement.

If gambling is causing harm

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, help is available. Support organisations operate in most countries and many offer free, confidential helplines and online resources.

Speak to a doctor, a local health service, or a recognised gambling support organisation in your country. Many operate 24 hours a day and all treat contact in confidence.

Direct links to named support organisations are being verified with counsel before publication. We will not list a resource without confirming it is currently active in the relevant market.

Strictly 18+

Gambling is restricted to adults. Every brand on our platform verifies age at registration, and marketing to minors is prohibited under our operating agreement and under the advertising rules of every market our clients serve.
