Licensing & Compliance
Compliance is a commercial asset in this industry, not an obstacle. Operators who take it seriously keep their payment relationships and their platforms. This page sets out what we hold, what we build in, and what remains your responsibility.
Licence
What we hold
Gaming licence
[[LEGAL_ENTITY]] holds gaming licence no. [[LICENCE_NUMBER]], issued by [[LICENCE_AUTHORITY]] in [[LICENCE_JURISDICTION]].
White label clients operate under this licence for the duration of their agreement. Turnkey clients operate under their own licence, and we deliver the platform configured for their jurisdiction's requirements.
Gaming licence
White label clients operate under the Tech Drive gaming licence for the duration of their agreement. Turnkey clients operate under their own licence, and we deliver the platform configured for their jurisdiction's requirements.
We provide the issuing authority, licence number and jurisdiction directly on request, before any agreement is signed — ask us and we will send the certificate.
KYC & AML
Built into the platform
Not a bolt-on module. Verification state drives wallet limits, withdrawal eligibility and risk scoring across the whole platform.
- Identity verification — Document capture and verification at configurable trigger points
- Risk-based tiering — Verification depth scaled to player risk profile and transaction volume
- Sanctions and PEP screening — Integrated screening at onboarding and on an ongoing basis
- Transaction monitoring — Automated detection of structuring, rapid cycling and other patterns, with an alert queue
- Source of funds — Workflow for enhanced due diligence above configurable thresholds
- Audit trail — Complete, immutable record of verification decisions and compliance actions
- Reporting — Exports formatted for regulatory submission
Responsible gaming

- Self-exclusion, temporary and permanent
- Account closure on request
- Age verification at registration
- Links to support organisations, displayed in the player's language
Data protection
How player data is handled
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Role-based access control with full audit logging
- Data retention policies aligned to licence requirements
- Encrypted backups held in geographically separate locations
- Breach notification procedure with defined timelines
Client obligations
What sits with you
This section matters. Read it before signing anything with us or with anyone else.
Market authorisation
You are responsible for confirming that you are permitted to offer your services to players in each market you target, and for holding every licence, permit or authorisation those markets require. Our licence does not extend to markets it does not cover.
Legal advice
We are a technology provider. Nothing on this site or from our team constitutes legal advice. Take your own advice from qualified counsel in each market you intend to operate in.
Marketing conduct
Your acquisition activity must comply with the advertising rules of the markets you operate in, including restrictions on targeting minors and on promotional claims.
Player conduct
Where you handle player support directly, complaints, disputes and responsible gaming interventions are your responsibility, using the tools we provide.
Geo-restriction
You must apply and maintain blocking for any jurisdiction you are not authorised to serve. We provide the geo-blocking capability; configuring it correctly is your obligation.
If any of the above is unclear for your situation, raise it with us before you sign. We would rather turn away business than deliver a platform into a position that won't hold.
