Legal
Privacy Policy
How Tech Drive handles the information you submit through this website. This policy covers the website only — it is not the data-processing agreement that governs platform services to clients.
1. Who we are
[[LEGAL_ENTITY]] operates this website. For any question about this policy, or about data we hold on you, contact [[SALES_EMAIL]].
2. What we collect
We collect only what you submit to us and the minimum technical data needed to serve the site:
- Enquiry data — the fields you complete on the demo, contact or API documentation forms: name, company, business email, Telegram handle, phone number, your selections, and anything you write in the message field.
- Technical data — server logs containing IP address, user agent and requested URL, retained for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies — a single browser storage entry recording your cookie choice. See section 6.
We do not run advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry — on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To operate and secure the site — on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and free from abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you separately.
4. Who sees it
Enquiry data is shared internally with the sales and, where relevant, technical teams responsible for responding. It is also handled by the service providers that host this website, deliver our email, and carry our form notifications. We require each of them to process the data only on our instructions.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and then for the period our record keeping obligations require. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window. Specific retention periods are set out in our internal retention schedule.
6. Cookies
This site uses browser storage to remember your cookie choice so the notice does not reappear on every page. If you dismiss the notice without choosing, the site defaults to essential only. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
7. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Send any such request to [[SALES_EMAIL]] and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is held under role-based access control with audit logging, and transferred to our internal systems over encrypted connections.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy, or about data we hold: [[SALES_EMAIL]], or Telegram [[TELEGRAM]].
